 1. Kids Karate Program

Kids love our karate programs.  Our extremely popular junior karate program offers American Tang Soo Do to ages 5-10. This program also communicates family values, self-control, discipline, character traits, respect, and courtesy.  Self defense for children [including “Stranger Danger” skills & “Awareness”] is emphasized. The children also learn a great martial arts system including boxing hands, effective kicking, strong self-defense, forms, effective drills, basic ground grappling, joint locks, some throwing, and sparring along with a great system of karate which directly descended to us from Chuck Norris.

2. Lil Ninjas 3 1/2 – 5 year olds

The Lil’ Dragons program is geared at children 3-5.  It focuses on Life skills, Discipline, Motor skills, Basic Self-Defense and Karate, and some Tumbling. There is also a belt progression within our white belt. The Lil’ Dragons program also teaches “stranger danger” skills and will prepare your child to progress into the junior karate program. See our link “Lil” Dragons” for more details. It is a great preschool program.

3. Adult Karate Program

Our exciting Adult Karate | Self Defense program offers a quality base of American Tang Soo Do instruction to ages 11 & up. If you are looking to do a traditional martial art, this one has it all. This art stems directly from Chuck Norris and features Powerful Kicking, Boxing & Karate hands; Practicality & self defense are strongly emphasized for real world application including use of pressure points. Both Men and Women are welcome. This program also includes forms, some ground grappling, throwing, joint locks, sparring,& eventually weapons. This is a tremendous base system for a martial arts foundation and a proven program which has turned out hundreds of Black Belts.

Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. It’s also the preferred system for U.S. Military and law enforcement personnel.  Krav Maga is not a traditional martial art, but an aggressive real world self- defense system that works and is ideal for women.  No katas. No rituals. No nonsense. A great fitness work out. Easy to learn! Krav Maga was featured in both the movie “Enough” and t.v. shows “Human Weapon,” and “Fight Science: Special Ops”. This is the extreme self-defense system that you have been looking for!

5. Bully Buster Self Defense for Kids

Bully Buster is an aggressive self-defense solution for children that produces fast basic self-defense skills. It has as its main benefit helping children to overcome the fear to engage a bully, and helping to equip them with tools to stop the threat. This program will change their mindset and provide skills to stop a bullying problem. Private sessions are available for children currently being bullied!

6. Kyusho Jitsu & Small Circle

This is the ancient art of Okinawan Karate Pressure Point fighting, with Small Circle Jiu Jitsu concepts. This art teaches experienced practitioners how to integrate the missing neurological component into their existing martial arts. It focuses upon neurological attacks to the body for a self-defense application, and teaches Grandmaster Jack Hogan’s “Minors to Majors” approach to pressure point attacks. This art is taught in seminars and to hand picked students in the adult and advanced karate program, or privately by certified Kyusho Jitsu instructors, led by Sensei Lynn Carper and Master Clay Pierson through affiliation with Hogan Karate International.
